Part of our role is supporting and training partners who sell and are supposed to support the products as well.
Unfortunately you sometimes get a real "winner" on the phone - one who is always "too busy" to go through training, but asks the most basic of questions.
Today's "winner" couldn't understand the basic difference between IN and OUT and then had to ask "Where's the SAVE button?"
Seriously? To declare a winner before 9:45am is just plain sad... and it isn't even a full moon.
